Gerald Tardif

Send a condolence note

LACONIA - Gerald Tardif, 54, of Mechanic Street, Laconia, died peacefully on August 3, 2005 following a prolonged health condition.

He is survived by his daughter, Jeannie Pearl Tardif of Ashland; his brothers, Thomas Tardif of Laconia and David Tardif of Sandwich. In addition, he was blessed with three nieces, two nephews and two stepsons.

His father, Romeo Tardif and his mother, Pearl Flanders Tardif, both longtime residents of Laconia, predeceased him many years ago. He was a lover of children, nature and all things outdoors, but especially fishing.

He was cremated through Wilkinson Beane Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held in his honor Saturday, August 13 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery on Garfield Street in Laconia at 1 p.m. in the afternoon. This will be followed by a sprinkling of his ashes at his favorite fishing spot. In lieu of flowers, donations should be sent to the Laconia Children's Reading Room Fund.
