Rita J. Paquette

Hooksett-----Mrs. Rita J. Paquette, 87, of 11 Thompson Ave., Hooksett, died at the Catholic Medical Center, Manchester Friday August 12, 2005. She was the widow of Roger R. Paquette.

Mrs. Paquette was born July 14, 1918 in Boston, MA the daughter of Edmund and Elizabeth (Morin) Madore. She had lived in Laconia for many years moving to Hooksett in 1968. She had been employed by the Manchester Knitted Fashion for 23 years retiring in Sept. 1980.

Mrs. Paquette enjoyed animals and traveling. She especial enjoyed her grandchildren and family.

Survivors include a daughter Dian L. Paquette of Hooksett; 2 grandchildren Richard Logan of Mystic, CT and Christopher Logan of New London, CT.; 5 great-grandchildren Michael, Shauna, Summer and Jeffrey Lowell of Groton, CT and Jonathan Logan of New London, CT.; 3 sisters Viola Mitchell and Doris Sharon both of Plymouth, NH and Rena Rogers of Wareham, MA; many nephews and nieces. Beside her husband and parents she was predeceased by a son Richard A. Logan of Mystic, CT, a grand-daughter Katherine Lowell; a brother Percy Madore and a sister Dorothy Utter.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2005 from 7-9 PM and Wednesday, August 17, 2005 from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 30 Church Street, Laconia Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 11:00AM. The Rev. Gary Kosmowski pastor of the church will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Bayside Cemetery, Laconia.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc. PO Box 3049 Syracuse, NY 13220-3049.
