Belmont-----Alfreda M. Manley, 75, of 311 Province Road went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 21, 2005.

Mrs. Manley was born August 30, 1929, in Laconia, NH, the daughter of Alfred and Beatrice (Brace) Wentworth.

She was a life long resident of the Lakes Region and was employed at Miss Pappas' Dress Shop for several years.

Mrs. Manley was part of the family of the New Covenant Christian Church in Laconia, NH. She was a devoted wife and mother. She loved dancing, fishing, crocheting, camping and oystering.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-eight years, Arnold Manley, of Belmont, NH; two daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela and James Morel, of Gilford, NH and Wendy and Paul Gagne of Newport, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Tarah Morel-Taylor of Gilford, NH; Aaron Morel of Laconia, NH; Ryan Gagne of Tallahassee, Florida and Derek Gagne and Adam Gagne both of Newport, Tennessee; four great grandchildren, Ashley Morel, Ian Taylor, Morgan Taylor and Brayden Taylor all of Gilford, NH; a brother Alfred Wentworth, of Belmont, NH; a sister, Anne Boulanger, of Scottsdale, Arizona and several nephews and nieces.

There will be no calling hours.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2005 at 1:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.

Burial will be held at a later date in the family lot at Union Cemetery, Laconia, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Covenant Christian Church, (Benevolence Fund or Building Fund), 708 Union Avenue, Laconia, NH. 03246.
